Kaely Brittliffe, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Kaely graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work in the student clinic pregnancy in-reach as well as the BC Women’s Hospital outreach, providing massage therapy to pregnant women staying in the hospital. These experiences fuelled Kaely’s interest in working with women during their childbearing years and supporting the extraordinary changes that occur in the body during pregnancy. Upon graduation, Kaely began her practice with a strong focus in pre- and post-natal care, later becoming an infant massage instructor to assist parents in connecting with their babies through the power of touch. Kaely’s post-graduate education has included CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Visceral Manipulation and SomatoEmotional Release (SER).
Kaely takes a holistic approach in her treatments, viewing the body as a whole when determining how best to support the body in reaching optimal health. Her treatments can best be described as Deep Flow, incorporating swedish massage with trigger point release, craniosacral therapy, joint mobilizations and myofascial release to restore functional movement and ease within the body. For those patients who are pregnant, Kaely uses specialized pillows that allow the patient to comfortably and safely lie on their stomach.
In addition to her work with pre- and post-natal patients, Kaely also has experience treating patients with migraines, anxiety, chronic pain, and postural imbalance.
Kaely is raising two young children with her husband in Ladner BC. She enjoys pilates, gardening and being outdoors with her family.
Kaely is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of BC and the Massage Therapy Association of BC
